Dr Rebekah Tennyson, DClinPsy
Clinical Psychologist and Enneagram Coach
Oxfordshire and Online
I am a registered Clinical Psychologist working with children, young people and families in the NHS alongside my private work. I am passionate about helping people to see and love their unique strengths, and to work towards being the best version of themselves - not trying to be someone else. It is important for me to understand what is important to somebody and work towards shared goals as I know that meaningful change only happens when you understand and buy into the work.
I have a 1st-class degree in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge (2010) and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Oxford (2017). I have also trained as an enneagram coach with Enneagram University. I have completed an Externship in Emotion Focused Therapy and other training courses in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/DNA-V, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy skills, and Narrative Exposure Therapy. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) - registration number PYL34838.

I provide psychological therapy for children, adolescents and adults experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, and adjustment issues.
I also provide support for couples. This can include an exploration of the enneagram if this is a helpful way to understand your similarities and differences and where difficulties commonly arise in your relationship.
The enneagram is a model of personality that describes patterns in how people see, make sense of, and relate to the world. I can help you to discover your type and use this understanding to live a more fulfilled life following your own path.
